On August 3^rd, QTSC signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the branch of Ho Chi Minh City Power Corporation - Ho Chi Minh City Power Corporation IT Company (EVNHCMCIT) on supplying IT services.

The event aims to promote the strengths and resources of the two parties, improve the quality of services for clients so as to contribute to the development of the fourth industrial revolution.

Operating in the IT field, QTSC and EVNHCMCIT absolutely recognize the potential of strategic cooperation for developing and providing better IT services to clients. This will bring many benefits to both sides, especially to enhance innovation capability and product development, as well as improve service quality and optimize cost. It is an important event marking a turning point to build a long-term and sustainable partnership between QTSC and EVNHCMCIT.

In order to concretize the goals, contents of cooperation, and implementation solutions, the MOU was discussed and agreed upon by the parties in negotiation. According to the MOU, the contents of cooperation include:

• Cooperation in researching the development possibility of products, services and solutions in the fields of operation of the parties;
• Research to build a roadmap and cooperation plan in the implementation of applications, products and technology solutions aiming to promote comprehensive digital transformation activities, taking advantage of the strengths of each party;
• Coordination to organize workshops, seminars on the safety situation of systems, and exchanging experiences in handling IT system problems;
• Research to cooperate in providing products and services of both parties, including telecom services, IT services, network information security services, equipment rental services (hardware, software), and so on;
• Other areas of cooperation.

 The representatives of the two parties, Mr. Le Vu Hoang – CEO of EVNHCMCIT and Mr. Vu Quang – Deputy CEO of QTSC, jointly signed the MOU on supplying IT services
