• Responsible for the overall UI/UX – Graphic Design modifications for the company, including designing banners/brochures, websites, software systems, mobile apps, and other products.
• Gather information, requirements, and opinions from customers to generate ideas, analyze, and design proposed wireframes/mockups for website systems, software systems, and other products with a focus on creativity and user-friendliness.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to assess customer requirements, leading to the development of design plans within the multi-functional team with a strong leadership spirit.
• Work closely with product development engineers to propose improvements or optimize processes, effectively conveying design ideas.
• Demonstrate communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas or exchange design concepts with customers and relevant parties.
• Participate in research, stay updated on current UI/UX design trends, and apply them to products.
• Based on internal team information, propose product enhancement features aligned with customer needs.
• Efficiently collaborate with other design team members to ensure consistency and accuracy when conveying the product's visual identity externally 

Your Skills and Experience

• Hold a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in design or a related field.
• Proficient in design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, etc.
• Basic ability to create wireframes and prototypes.
• Have 1 to fewer than 3 years of experience in UI/UX design for websites and mobile applications.
• Capability in market analysis and research.
• Strong color perception and good layout thinking.
• Teamwork, time management, and well-organized work skills.
• Dynamic, excellent communication skills and a preference for software technology is an advantage.
