On the morning of June 1, a delegation of District 12 and Long Ho District, Vinh Long Province paid a working visit to Quang Trung Software City (QTSC).

Leading the delegation were Mr. Nguyen Van Duc, Deputy Party Secretary, People's Committee Chairman of the District 12, Mr. Ho Van Minh, Member, Secretary of the Long Ho District Party Committee, Vinh Long Province. Welcoming the delegation was Mr. Vu Quang, Deputy CEO of QTSC. 

At the beginning of the meeting, QTSC’s representative introduced to the delegation an overview of its formation and development process, as well as achievements and development orientation in the coming time.

Following the program, the delegation moved to visit QTSC IOC (Integrated Operation Center) - an integrated platform that connects multiple IT systems to support management, monitoring and operation of individual IT applications and solutions through a single sign-on platform.

With IOC, QTSC has gradually standardized management and monitoring activities, automatic warning functions aiming to support the staff to operate systems and provide services better; easy sharing of data and information; step by step perfect the process of handling emergencies; support the training of quick response ability for specialized departments; support statistical and reporting activities for forecasting.

Along with the available technology platforms, high quality personnel resources and support of the technology community at Quang Trung Software City, the operation and development of IOC has helped QTSC improve management efficiency, service quality and customer support.
