Quang Trung Software Business Incubation Center (QTSC Incubator) was founded on May 26, 2005 by Quang Trung Software City Development Company Limited (QTSC) and Ho Chi Minh City Computer Association (HCA), officially operated from March, 2008 as a non-profit company. QTSC Incubator is funded by European Commission (under Vietnam Private Sector Support Program) and Vietnamese Government.

QTSC Incubator builds a high quality incubation center to support and nurture software start-ups to overcome difficulties, risks and challenges in the early stage. In addition, QTSC Incubator actively motivates new software and ICT enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC).

Incubatees after incubation period at QTSC Incubator will be certified as GRADUATED and will officially become enterprises operating at Quang Trung Software City.

QTSC Incubator's strategic missions: actively encourage to establish new software and ICT enterprises in HCMC, contribute to promote the software industry as a key and sustainable industry for economic growth. As the same time, it helps to create jobs and build national IT brand.

Up to now, QTSC Incubator has incubated more than 20 software enterprises and many of them are successful such as: BTM, DMG, SYMBIO, AMBITION, SOLID LINE, VMT, PowerSoft, etc.
