On 6th September 2017, the QTSC CEO Club held a periodical meeting in September with the topic on “Maximize human resources and improve the professional working ability of each employee” at Larion Company, QTSC Building 1.

The topic of human resources is always a hot issue and attracts a lot of attention and sharing ideas of enterprises, especially for leaders in IT companies. This topic was moderated by Mr. Lai Duc Nhuan, CEO of Larion, who was enthusiastic in introducing and sharing the experiences with the club.

Thereby, the meeting raised many issues to discuss such as the influence of senior leaders on employees, classification of employees to delegate work effectively to get the best results in business, how to determine their willingness, confidence and ability to work, and so on.

CEOs also proposed cooperation program with some organizations aiming to help those who are unlucky to have the opportunity to work at software companies in QTSC.

In addition, the club briefly discussed on the objective, operation model, upcoming programs of Leadership Forum, as well as proposed ways to expand the club to attract more members.

Concluding the program, the club listed some issues for the next meeting, such as discussing deeply about human resources, getting effective staffs, building up Leadership Forum’s operation model, etc.
